At HARDY FITNESS, my goal is to employ my decades of experience and years of formal training to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we can create and implement a plan that is catered specifically towards you and your goals. All training programs are app based with the option for nutrition plans via the same app. My app, Hardy Fitness, provides demonstration videos, tracks your progress and syncs with some popular fitness trackers and other apps so there is no need to input data twice.
